I gained 15 pounds after my partner and I adopted our daughter 2 years ago. I don't have time for the gym. I am using kettlebells to gain muscle and do cardio at the same time.




I do still sometimes get foggy around 11:30-12:00pm but I get up shake it off and get a cup of coffee. This keeps me going until 3:00.
Weekends are my weakness though, I tend to relax my window on the weekends and eat earlier but I still try to stick to the 5 hours.
I got a pedometer and logged over 7,000 steps in a typical work day this was encouraging. I am going to try to get to 10,000 steps on a typical week day.

I just need to keep this up and I will reach my goal weight. I will also keep working with my kettlebells and continue to gain muscle and endurance.
